Crust Cookies, a family tradition on one side - are really simple, in fact - they are made from the remnants of other treats. Leftover pie crust is the base for these effortless cookies. Just crust, rolled in cinnamon/sugar, these are given a few chocolate chips and then baked until crisp. Really wonderful, less sugar than most conventional cookies and again, great use of leftover pie crust :) They go like hotcakes around here. M&H rolled, cut and decorated these too.
We live a life of adventure on the Pacific Ocean, chasing brother bear and sister bear while they are still small enough to catch.
M&H Inspiration, "I regard it as the foremost task of education to insure the survival of these qualities: an enterprising curiosity, and undefeatable spirit, tenacity in pursuit, readiness for sensible self denial, and above all, compassion." ~ Kurt Hahn
